Content Policy (AIGC Acceptable Use)
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This Content Policy explains the content rules for Happy Horse 1.1, how to report a violation, and how we enforce these rules.
It applies to all prompts, uploaded images, reference images, audio, and generated videos, audio, and images on Happy Horse 1.1.
Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited:
- Sexual or NSFW content is prohibited, including pornography, nudity, and sexually explicit material.
- Violence and gore are prohibited, including graphic violence, gore, content that glorifies or incites violence, and self-harm.
- Hate speech is prohibited, including content that attacks or demeans people based on protected attributes such as race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Child safety (CSAM): any sexualization, exploitation, or endangerment of minors, including child sexual abuse material, is prohibited, is subject to zero tolerance, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Other Prohibited Uses
You also must not use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, scams, misinformation intended to deceive, spam, or attempts to bypass safety measures (including jailbreaks).
Uploaded Material
Upload only images and voices that you own or have explicit permission to use. Permission to use an image or a voice never authorizes content that this Policy prohibits.
Content Moderation and Review
Prompts, uploads, and generated content may be checked by automated safety filters applied by us and/or our third-party AI model providers. Requests that appear to violate this Policy may be blocked or refused.
Content flagged automatically or reported by users is reviewed by our team, who decide whether a violation occurred and what action to take. We may review content associated with an account when investigating a report or suspected abuse. No system is perfect, and users remain responsible for what they generate.
Reporting Violations
To report a violation, email happyhorse-team-support@gushanai.com with the subject "Content Report". Include the link or ID of the content or account, a description of the issue, and, for impersonation or intellectual property claims, proof that you are the affected person or the rights holder. Reports involving minors are prioritized. The reporter's identity is kept confidential. Abusive or false reports may be actioned. We review every report and respond by email. We aim to acknowledge reports within 3 business days.
Enforcement
Depending on the severity of the violation and the account's history, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- A warning
- Removal of the content
- Restriction of generation features
- Temporary suspension of the account
- Permanent termination of the account
- Forfeiture of remaining credits without a refund, for serious or repeated violations
- Reporting to law enforcement where required by law, and always in cases of child sexual exploitation
Appeals
You may appeal an enforcement decision by replying to the enforcement email, or by writing to happyhorse-team-support@gushanai.com within 14 days of the decision. Where possible, the appeal is reviewed by a team member who was not involved in the original decision.
Changes
We may update this Content Policy by posting the revised version on this page and updating the date above. If you continue to use the Service after the revised policy is posted, you accept the changes.
